The contact form

When you send the contact form, we keep what you typed (your name, company, email, phone and message) in our own database so we can reply to you. To stop spam, we also keep a scrambled form (a one-way hash) of your internet address, which can't be turned back into the address. We don't sell or share any of it, and we use it only to get back to you about Anodera.

If you email us instead, we use your message and address the same way. To have your message removed, email hello (at) anodera.io.

Customer data in the Anodera platform

Operators' pipeline and compliance data belongs to the operator. It is kept separate from every other company's data, is hosted on AWS in the United States, and is never used to train AI models or shared with anyone else. Customers can export all of it at any time. The terms for each customer are set out in their agreement with us.
